Responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of customer`s online/telephone shopping orders. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care. ,

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Previous experience as a delivery driver is desirable

Full clean driver`s licence is essential

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible

Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Main duties:

Deliver customer`s online/telephone shopping orders to different addresses in a specified region

Load, unload, prepare and operate a delivery vehicle

Show a positive attitude and take responsibility for ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience

Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy

Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.

About the locality:

We are based in Dungloe, Co. Donegal. This job will entail gathering, processing and deliveringshopping to our customers froma busy retail shop, as part of our existing online team. The role will require good attention to detail and excellent time management. All orders are computer generated and will require use of a PC and tills. Please note that driving/delivering is only part of the role. You will be responsible for the whole process of supplying the customers delivery; from downloading the order, contacting them if required, gathering the products and delivering the order in a timely manner.

We are looking for a full time person for this role but would also be interested in hearing from any suitable candidates who would prefer a shorter working week.

Essentials for this role are:

Full,clean driving licence
Excellent spoken and written English
Full flexibility to cover other areas if necessary
